Pre-Order Policy

Important Notice About Shipping Addresses
To change or update your shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct information. We will do our best to coordinate the change with our fulfillment center before your order ships. If you already received a tracking confirmation, your package is en route to the original address, and the carrier is unable to change the delivery address once the package is in transit.

In this case, you will need to pick up the package at the original address or wait for it to be returned to our facility before reshipping can be arranged. If the package is returned to us, we will offer a one-time courtesy reshipment, provided the customer agrees to pay the reshipping fee. Please note that all sales are final, and any unclaimed returned packages without a customer response within 10 days of return may be discarded and will not be reprocessed.

To help avoid delivery issues, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout—double-check for missing apartment, suite, or street numbers. Under our final sales policy, orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

How Pre-Orders Work
When you place a pre-order on SHOP ATLUS, you’re reserving an official item ahead of its release to secure your place in our production and fulfillment schedule. Payment is collected at checkout, and pre-orders are typically prepared for shipment about five days before the listed release date.

Shipping Timeline for Merchandise
We organize our merchandise shipping schedule by calendar quarters to give you a general idea of when your order will ship:

Q1: January – March
Q2: April – June
Q3: July – September
Q4: October – December

Please refer to the product page for your item’s specific shipping quarter. If there are any delays due to manufacturing or transit, we will update the product page accordingly.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items
We ship complete orders and cannot split or modify them once placed. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will ship only when all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items. 

Final Sales, Changes & Cancellations
Please note that all orders are sent to our fulfillment center as soon as they are placed, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations after submission. For unshipped pre-orders, we will do our best to assist with address updates. However, requested changes are not guaranteed, and we ask that such requests be submitted as soon as possible.

Video Game Pre-Orders
Our video game product pages show the latest release dates available. We do our best to ship games to arrive during launch week, but please understand we can’t guarantee delivery on the exact release date due to potential carrier delays and the minimum processing time required by our fulfillment center.

All video games sold on SHOP ATLUS are in NTSC format and intended for use in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Games and any included downloadable content (DLC) may not function properly outside these regions. Some titles or bundles may be limited to shipping within the U.S. only. We appreciate your understanding.
