SHOP ATLUS is thrilled to offer our official, premium merchandise to fans around the world. Whether you’re building your collection or grabbing a favorite character’s gear, we’re grateful for your support from afar. We understand that international shipping can be costly and may come with a few extra steps, but we’re here to make the process as smooth and clear as possible. Please take a moment to review the information below so you’ll know what to expect with your order.

Where We Ship:  We currently ship to United States, Canada, Mexico, and the following countries:

Europe & Oceania:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Asia:
Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan.

We’re always looking to expand! This list may change in the future as shipping options grow or change. If your country isn’t currently listed, we hope to reach you soon. Please note: We do not ship to China, Japan, Russia, Ukraine, South America, Africa, the Middle East, or any countries or regions under U.S. trade restrictions at this time.

Important Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and tax fees. These charges are not collected at checkout and must be paid upon delivery. Customers are fully responsible for these fees.

Final Sale & Unclaimed Packages

  • All international sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
  • If a package is unclaimed due to non-payment of duties/taxes or an incorrect address, it will not be refunded or reshipped.
  • If a customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, the carrier may attempt to return the package. However, since we cannot cover return shipping, the package will be abandoned and destroyed in customs. No refunds or reshipments will be issued in such cases.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • International orders require 3-5 additional business days for processing.
  • Most orders arrive within 7-21 business days, but shipping can take up to 45 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. We truly appreciate your patience!

Shipping Address Guidelines

  • Use only English alphabet characters for your name and address.
  • Avoid foreign or special characters (e.g., á, é, í, ó, ú, ü). Instead, use: a, e, i, o, u, u.
  • Please double-check spelling and ensure your full and correct address is entered at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries, for which we are not responsible.
  • Some international names and addresses may be long. Our checkout has a 35-character limit per line. If needed, please:
    • Use abbreviations where possible.
    • Break down your address across Address Line 1 and Address Line 2 fields.
    • If additional space is required, use the Company field for extra address details.

Personal ID for Customs Clearance

  • Some countries require a Personal Customs Code or Tax ID to process shipments.
  • Currently, this applies to Mexico and South Korea.
  • If your country requires an ID for customs clearance, please enter this information next to your name or in the Company field during checkout.
  • Failure to provide the required information may result in delivery delays or package refusal at customs.

Clothing & Collectible Items – Please Read

  • For clothing items, we highly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order, as we are unable to accommodate size exchanges.
  • Many of our products, including boots, hats, and cosplay apparel, are designed as collectible pieces. While we encourage you to wear and enjoy them, please note that fit may vary, and some items may not be wearable. In such cases, we ask that you cherish these items as collectibles or display pieces, as all sales are final.

Video Game Purchases

  • Video games sold on shopatlus.com are NTSC format and may not work outside the US, Canada, and Mexico including downloadable content. For selective video game titles and bundles, we may keep it reserved for the domestic (US) market only. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
