Unlike standard print-on-demand items, most of our merchandise is designed to be highly coveted, custom creations made with our fans in mind—ideal for anyone looking to proudly showcase official ATLUS gear.
We release a few product waves each year, often timed with major events like Anime Expo, which means our items may not always be available. Each product is produced in a single run to ensure the highest quality and to meet demand effectively. While our standard practice is one-time production, we may consider restocking certain items if fan demand is strong. Please note that any restocks may include slight updates to packaging or materials.
Because much of our merchandise is custom-designed, made-to-order, or produced in limited batches, all sales are final. This policy helps maintain the integrity of our products, which may have slight variations in packaging, materials, or design between new production runs.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges—please review size charts carefully before purchasing, especially for apparel and cosplay items. Some products are intended more to be collectibles and may not be suitable or most practical for everyday use or wear.
We cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality (e.g., minor dents, scuffs, or creases)
- Damage to packaging while the product itself remains intact
- Damage, loss, or non-delivery by the shipping carrier and customer did not purchase our Protected Insured Shipping method for coverage
- Packages lost, misrouted, or undelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Unclaimed international shipments resulting from unpaid duties or taxes
- Damage caused by customer mishandling or accidents
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Orders placed without the account holder’s authorization (e.g., a child placed the order)
