Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS  

The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 4-7 business days following order processing and production.  
Production times may vary depending on the product SKU and the amount of products in the order, but it can take up to 5 business days. Some products are in stock and ready to deliver.  
 
International orders are expected to be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks after the shipping date. However, their time of arrival depends strongly on the destination country and the clearance process. We strongly suggest you keep track of your package with the tracking number provided to see when you can expect your product to arrive. If you need to start a claim for a missing package, please contact us within 60 days from the shipping date.  

Disclaimer: Shipments to the LatAm region and other parts of the world might take longer to arrive than expected. Every country has different laws regarding product importation and taxes for them. On top of that, countries have been greatly affected by the pandemic and have created strict protocols to face this situation. We can't guarantee your package will arrive within the original delivery date or that it won't be retained in each country's respective customs.  

That being said, once the order has arrived at its destination country, it is up to local authorities and the customer to take the necessary measures to get the order.

SHIPPING COSTS  

The final shipping cost is calculated by the number of products in cart, the shipping address, and the chosen shipping method. The final shipping and handling cost can be calculated from the shopping cart before paying for the order. We work with different fulfillments centers, support@shopatlus.com so orders with products that ship from multiple locations will incur a higher shipping rate. If you want to know how many packages will be sent for your order, please write to us at  before placing your order.  
 
Regarding packaging: Most items will ship in a box. Apparel will ship either in a soft envelope or a box, depending on the number of items in the order.  
 
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES   

International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's customs agency. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with these fees and we are not able to estimate whether or not there will be any. To learn more about your country's customs fees and any other import duties/taxes, we recommend contacting your country's customs agency. We are not responsible for any import fees and cannot reimburse customers for these. However, if you believe there is a mistake with any invoice you received please write to us and we will try to help you out.
