● What does BETA mean

This is Shop Atlus. Here you will find all types of merch from your favorite Atlus games. From all-time favorites such as the Persona series to Shin Megami Tensei.  

We are currently launching the site in beta mode, which means that we are working hard to provide you the best experience and merch. You may find little bugs here and there but you can help us resolve any issue.  

If you find any bugs that need to be fixed please contact us at support@shopatlus.com – Any feedback is welcome! Also, feel free to suggest any features you’d also like to see in the shop

● How often will the store be updated? 

We will be adding new products periodically. Lots of them! If you want to keep up with the store, products and deals, you can subscribe to our Newsletter Service. 

 

● Do you ship Internationally? - LatAm Orders

Yes we do! You can read about our shipping policy in the site footer. If you have more questions about it, please contact us using our chatbox or our email.

LATAM DISCLAIMER
We’ve noticed that shipments to the LatAm region are taking longer than expected. Every country in this region has different laws regarding product importation and taxes for them. On top of that, countries have been greatly affected by the pandemic and have created strict protocols to face this situation.

That being said, once the order has arrived at its destination country, it is up to local authorities and the customer to take the necessary measures to get the order.
You will be able to place your order but we can’t guarantee it will arrive within the original delivery date or that it won’t be retained in each country’s respective Customs.

 

● When will I receive my item? - Products on Demand

Please note that, for the first couple of months, our merch will be produced on demand. This means that when you place your order, production will start on the item(s) you order. Production and shipping times may vary between products (you can check the production time for the products you ordered on the description or size chart pop-up).  

In any case, feel free to reach out to our live chat for questions regarding your purchase. You can also send us an email to support@shopatlus.com 

For Normal Shipping, it could take from 5 to 7 postal days for domestic shipping following order processing or from the date your product(s) finish production. 7- 10 days for international products.  

Production times may vary depending on the product SKU.  

Processing: Up to 5 business days. Some international orders may take up to 7 business days to process.  

 

● How can I track my order?  

You will get an email confirming your order. You will also get a tracking number once your purchase has been shipped. If you don’t get it, please contact us at support@shopatlus.com and we will provide it. 

 

● What’s the return policy?

You can read our Return Policy found in the site footer.

 

● Do you have questions about your order?

You can chat with us using the chat widget at the bottom right of your screen. An agent will help you out with any questions you have. You can also send us an email at: support@shopatlus.com

 

● How do I choose the right size?

Please view the sizing chart on the product page. This is important as all products may vary. If you have any questions, please contact us using our chatbox or email 

 

● Do you sell gift cards?

Gift cards will be available in the near future. Don’t worry, you’ll be able to see them on our site once they are up. In the meantime, if you want to get one, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll help you out! 

 

● How do I contact you if my questions can’t be answered here? 

You can chat with us using the chat widget at the bottom right of your screen. An agent will help you out with any questions you have. You can also send us an email at support@shopatlus.com

 

● Which kind of products can I find in this store?

It is our goal to provide you with gear, merch and loot that you’ve always wanted. Apparel, figurines, jewelry and much more. Let us know what you would like to see in the store! You can send us an email to support@shopatlus.com and tell us what other product would you like to see featured in our store. 

 

● How do I know I have successfully placed my order?

You will receive a confirmation email. Please check all your inboxes, including spam and for Gmail users, your Promotions inbox for your confirmation email. 

 

● I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

We've noticed that some customers get our email in their Junk/Spam folder. 

If you don't see our emails confirming your order or our promotions, please check your Junk/Spam folder. Once you find the email, please confirm our email address as safe for you to be able to see our emails in your inbox.

 

● I need to change my personal information. What can I do? - Orders

Please visit our Customer Service site, explaining what needs to be modified. We will make the changes for you. After this date, the dispatch will automatically be made to the address you have provided.  

● If you encounter any error in the site.

If you experience an error while browsing in our store, try to clear your cache and cookies and refresh the page. If that doesn’t work, we suggest temporarily disabling any browser add-ons you have running as they can interfere with the website. If you still have difficulties with the site after trying the suggestions above, please contact us at: support@shopatlus.com

 

● I don't know if I want to create an account. Is it possible to place an order without an account? What are the benefits of having an account?

Of course! You can use the guest option when checking out. By creating an account on our site, you will be able to keep a detailed summary of all your orders and enter multiple payment methods.

 

● Discount Codes through purchases

If you get a discount code from making purchases on this shop, please bear in mind that it will apply only on selected products and do not include pre-order or limited edition items.

They will only be valid for a month. Their validity period starts from the date you got said code.

Once 30 days passed since that day, the code won't be valid for use.

● Business Hours

Shop Atlus team is available from Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm PST

● Lost Packages

Shop Atlus is not responsible for any issue, loss or damage to the products once they are shipped.

Shop Atlus is not responsible for stolen packages.

● How do I redeem my coupon/discount code

Add the products to the cart. Make sure that the products that you add are eligible for the offer. After you added the products to the cart you may proceed to checkout. On the right side of the Information page you will see a "Gift card or discount code" box where you will be able to redeem your coupon. Once applied, you will see the discount.

 

What are the Shop Atlus Giveaway rules?

The giveaway winner will be announced a day after the giveaway ends. We offer free shipping to the U.S.

Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter the giveaway will be ineligible to win. Maximum entries per day: 1. Attempting multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted.

No purchase or CC needed to enter or win.

Only official accounts of @ShopAtlus will announce updates and the giveaway winner. You will never be asked to provide CC information, be wary of scams.
